Salem Turn Lane

I was issued an citation for improper use of turn lane. I want to get the citation dismissed. It is set for Salem Municipal Court. There is over a $200 fine accessed for this offense. The road was not clearly marked that there was a left hand turn lane approaching since the road was one-way only and was set to merge into a two-way road a slight distance from where the accident occurred. I do not want to have to travel back to Salem, OR to stand court at the Salem Municipal Court. What is the recommended apporach to have this citation dismissed?

You have to appear or have counsel do so.
