On March 2007 I was involved in a car accident, someone crach my car when I was waiting for the green light, Both of us had car insurance. I when to the hospital in the ambulance. After 4 to 5 months visiting the chiropractor and have not paid the treatment; at the begining the doctor agreed to offer medical attention and at the end to be paid by the insurance. I heard that insurance companies not always pay. I did not continue going with the treatment. I talk with the car insurance company agent and she said that they would pay the medical expenses, but no suffering and pain. I was in pain for several months and I still have after-effects for this accident. When I told this agent my intention of looking for a lawyer she offered me 200 dollars; not even enough for gas, not to talk about inconveninces, pain, time, health, etc. I saw the lawyers. They already got around 4000 thousand dollars for this case, they want me to settle the case since they say that if I continue on with this I will own around 20,000 thousand dollars. The person who crach my car's insurance Company say that since my car almost do not suffer damage they deduct that I did not had injury nor pain. The lawyer who are "to my side" say that this Company is a Big Company with 'power' and money, and that is better for me settle the case with 800 dollars for suffering and pain. After almost one and a half years with this I do not agree to succumb to the intimidation and fear they are trying to induce in me for them to get their money and not to be in the situation that I would lost the case and they do not get money, immediately. At the begining they say that no winning no payment, but they say that if I continue with the case at the end I will own money to all involved. And what about Justice ? I really do not think that ''power and money is the ''law'', I truly believe in Justice, and whay this insurance Company did not pay a fairly amount at the begining, considering my NO FAUL involvement accident and offered me something fair TO ME since the begining ? Whay they agree to pay 4000 thousand dollars to the lawyers now. They pretend to intimidate people and get nothing, unfailry. It seems like whether lawyers and insurance Companies has a deal to ''gain'' together with the supposted "no money no payment'' promise they offer. I belive in Justice and I belive in Divine Justice, and is not coincidence that I am here asking for guideline and leading. I am going to have a medical examination from the other side, and after that an arbitration, but the next step with ''my'' lawyers imply that if I win they win a lot, and if I lost they win any way and I will own them a lot more money. I am going to do it without them; ''my'' lawyers. I am not going to do the next step with them. I do not trust them; they do not belive in Justice. I want someone to help me to direct my case path by my self with the court. What do I need to do ? Thank You So Much for your time.
