Thank you for accepting my post. A keyword search on "NADA vs. Kelley Blue Book" resulted in zero hits. My concerns are:
Would I as a not-at-fault claimant of an autmobile accident, have the right to an insurance settlement of the higher replacement value of my 1994 automobile if the NADA and Kelley Blue Book values differ? Kelley value $3,110 vs. NADA value $2,875. A difference of $235. Also, does the claimant have a right to new part replacement expenses made approximately 90-120 days prior to the accident? Total of part and replacement is approximately $250? Thank you. I am eager to learn what my options are. |
