Question The accident wasn't my fault but I had no insurance. The cops were not called.
I was in an accident in Vidor,Tx. The accident wasnt my fault but I had no insurance. The cops were not called. Can she sue me? She wasnt hurt but I'm sure now she is. What will happen now. The accident was totally her fault.

She can try to sue but if you can show, or the car damage / evidence etc. shows, that she was at fault, then she will lose.
