Statute of Limitations (Disclosing any and all accidents and arrests)
I was involved in a auto accident, 31 years ago, prior to joining the military, and have not thought about it until now. I am going into law enforcment and have had to go back and diclose any and all accidents and arrests. I don't remember what came of it accept that I don't remeber going to court or anything. Should I be wooried that something may come back to bite me from 31 years ago when the background checks are done?
