Angry DR. OFFICE SUBPOENA AFTER DEPOSITION

Doctor I work for did a deposition concerning a 4 party MVA. One of
the
other party atty set up discovery deposition but did not pay fee in
full.
Our patient atty set up another deposition for 1 week later. because
the
other atty did not pay, we sent letter stating that this must be paid
in
full if he wanted to attend any other deposition at our office.
needless to
say, the 2nd depo was cancelled. We have already submitted all medical

records to all attorney\'s. We were served to day with a trial supoena
and
subpoena duces tecum. is the court really expecting the doctor to
drive 2
hours to BRING them a certified copy? If so, does this mean he has to
testify? And if so, what fees can he demand for a loss day of caring
for
patients?
