Police citation
I work as a city inspector. After finishing an inspection, I backed into a parked motorcycle on a private parking lot. I notified the owner and called the police. They made a report and gave me a citation for "unsafe backing up" with a mandatory court appearance. My city insurance company is covering the damages to the motorcycle. Is it legal for the police to write me this citation for an accident that occurred on private property?

need help
I was in a plane on last november when a can o food explode after the young man sitting by me opened it i was scared but after i got off the plane i felt some pain and then it was very bad pain i called the security for help they transported me to the hospital where i learned that i had a miscarrige. I tried to sue the copany and i contacted a lawyer but he said there is no case is it possible? My probleme is I am stressed and i am almost 40 single and i know my chances to get pregnant are less,
