Under Age and Sued for $200 000

I was in a car accident when I was 17. I was not driving my car and was not covered under the insurance. The accident was my fault. I am now 19 and am being sued for $200 000. I am a full time student and hold a part time job. If I was a minor when the accident occurred can I be sued for $200 000. I do not live in the same province any longer and have not changed my permanent address. What can happen if I do not respond to anything? Can they take out a warrant to look for me in a different province? Do the have to serve me with papers in person? I do not have $200 000 and am in debt because of my schooling. There is no way I would be able to pay this money and if I do it will cost me my future. Is there anything I can do?
