Claims and reinstatment question

I was involved in an auto accident 6.5 years ago. The woman I rearended filed suit against me twice, once for the damage to her car and then for her personal injury. Long story short, my driving privlidges have been suspended for the last 6 years. (I've NOT been behind the wheel of a car since then.) I'm attempting to make installment payment for the car through the lawyer she hired to collect after the accident. The issue is the 2nd claim for her personal injury. That claim is not being handled through an attorney and I have been very unsuccessful in locating this woman. Until I can make payment arrangments with her for the second claim my driving privlidges remain suspended. What can I do?!?!?!? I recognize my irresponsibility for not paying this years ago but with age comes some wisdom and hind sight in 20/20. I realize my mistake bu treally need some assistance on where to go from here. Thank you.

You can try a private detective and/or ask the court to let you post a public notice and if she truly cannot be located the court may let you proceed.
