Tree Trimmers hit my car!

Tree trimmers came by and trimmed the trees but the branches fell on my car! What do I do? I came out and the branches had crushed my back window, the roof of my car was crushed in as well.All the left on my car was a note from the city. I got the car fixed but I was out of work for three days and my car was in the shop for 7days. I am reporting this to the city are my rights and what can I be comansated for and how much?

They must pay you, or sue in small claims. You will certainly win it would seem.

What did their note actually say?

But normally a simple request to pay for the damages they caused, and your receipts will suffice. And you may note that you will go to small claims otherwise.
