EEK! 85 YR OLD DAD'S ACCIDENT

My Father had a small fender bender last year in Ca. Both parties decided not to inform their insurance companies. He paid the $700 to them with a check, and had them sign a typed up "contract" stating they had no injuries and this was paid in full. They agreed. Can they still sue him for more, even after this "deal"? Thank You.

Default Re: 85 YR OLD DAD'S ACCIDENT

[and this was paid in full]

you can argue that that was a final settlement and release--you may very well prevail
