forfeiture of house

My partner has been sentenced for being part of a meth manufacturing ring, he has been sentenced 4 1/2 yrs, because he allowed our house to be used for that purpose our I now have to fight to keep our home, my partner has his name on the title an I have to submit in writing an affidavit as to my interest in the home. I was not living at the address at the time the warrant was ordered to search the premises, I was living with my sick dad until he passed away. Unfortunately I was not aware of the circumstances surrounding the property or my partner at that time until he was charged an sentenced an his lawyer made contact with me. I do not want my home to be sold underneath me an I need help, I had been paying a portion of our mortgage directly into my partners account ever since we purchased our home back in 1996 even when I was living with my dad I was still paying my portion, now that I am living back here in my house I am paying everything since my partner is in jail. The warrant took place in 2006 an my partner was sentenced in Nov 2007, he plead guilty to all charges only to protect me an our children, he was forced into taking part in the crime as he believed that certain peoples would have hurt us his family. I am devastated that we could lose our home, time is of the essence an the case will be coming up at the end of this month. could you advise me what could help me in this matter.
