Question Realestate and financial vulnerability.

North Carolina Male Homeowner desires to marry North Carolina Female
who was previously married, now divorced, in Louisiana. Female owes child
support to former husband. Is NC male homeowner financially vulnerable in any way to brides former husband? Former husband is not litigating child support at this time. Thanks in advance. Kit
