PLEASE HELP - CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED

At the end of November 2007 I purchased a Saab certified pre-owned 2004 Saab 9-3 car from a Saab dealer. On the way home from buying it I realized that the CD player was broken and the front speakers werent working correctly. I called the dealership and they had me bring the car in and found that it needed a new CD player and new amp. My concern is that this was checked off as in working order to get the pre-owned saab certification. now its almost 3 weeks later, still no cd player, still no amp, and the engine malfunction light has come on and the rear break failure light has come on. im concerned that they didnt inspect this car as they should of for the certification and i will continue to have all kinds of problems. Do I have any legal rights to request the return of the car due to the already many issues? If not what rights do I have? THANKS
