Default power of attorney

Three people own a home one person dies and the other two owners have a power of attorney for the deceased, if the house goes up for sale do the other two owners with the power of attorney have the right to the deceased ownership of that house?

Not necessarily.

The type of deed and its terms, and written agreements covering the property govern what happens to the proceeds.
