Buyer's Conditions
I entered into an agreement to purchase some land. One section of the agreement is a list of conditions where there is a place for the date and the condition is arranging financing. The date is blank the the paragraph above the list of conditions states:
"The obiligation of the Buyer to complete the purchase of the Lot is subject to the satifaction or waiver of the following condition(s) on or before the following date(s) [Nil if not completed]" Date Condition ________ Subject to the Buyer arranging conventional first mortgage financing on thers and conditions satisfactory to the Buyer. "All of such conditions are for the sole benefit of the Buyer. If the Buyer does not give the Seller notice of the satisg=faction or waiver of any such conditions on or before such date(s), then the Contract will be terminted and the Deposits will be returned to the buyer." My question is... what does Nil mean in this context? Thanks RGA |
