Unconventional loan for car purchase
I am buying a car but don't have good credit. An associate is volunteering to finance the car in their name. I need to draw up a contract that protects both of us. I need to know what basics I should/need to include.

A promissory note may be ideal for them--you will promise to pay x dollars each month until y is paid off.
