In the state of Nevada:
1. Do you have to disclose that you have had mold remediation when you are selling your house? 2. Does having mold remediation decrease your homes value? 3. If the damage was caused by a faulty installation of a major appliance, are they liable for future property value decrease due to causing mold in your home? Please help. Thank you. |

Not sure about NV but in some jurisdictions you need to disclose that. It is a material issue.
You may want to ask realtors or local professionals--they surely see the issue every day. |
