Angry Mis-Representation of a new house purchase

I need help to find out how I stand legaly.
I purchased a new property and I also bought the freehold at 15x the ground rent.

I asked at the time to ensure that I would not be involved with the management company by buying the freehold. I was informed that I would not.

I asked if the flats in the compound were for let, again I was informed that this was not the case.

I was informed that the security gates would not be closed,1year later they were closed and a sum of £30.00 was asked for by the management company for gate fobs for entry.

I receieved a service charge for over £300.00 when questioned this was then reduced to a parking charge,

I am being asked to pay for 2 parking charges 1 for my parking space the other for my garage.

I have asked if you say that this is for ground maintainence then will you repair my parking space and my garage if any problems arise, their answer was no as I owned the spaces.

If I own the spaces then why are charges being levied. No reply has been given

At all points of the sale I have been mislead what can I do to resolve the situation

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
