I traded in a vehicle with a rebuilt salvage title. The dealer ran the
VIN number, took the trade, agreed to pay it off with my purchase of a new vehicle. Four days later they claim to not have know it used to have a salvage title and requested that I bring their new car back. Do they legally have rights to cancel the contract and get their car back from me? |

You can try to fight it. A court may agree that they acted to fast and that was their mistake. They could have waited.
