I have advertised the sale of my house on an internet site, and been contacted by two (different ?) people " property investors who are buying property in Uk & Europe".
They are very interested and say if I meet them in Paris (or Barcelona) to discuss the sale and if I can take a sum (15%) in cash, they will send a surveyor and will purchase. Could this be genuine ( or money laundering or tax fiddle) as I am not stupid enougfh to sign anything without understanding or legal advise. Maybe the situation is different from the UK in France . |

That is odd does not need to be done that way,
get a lawyer involved if you wish to proceed further with them |
