I am a new RE investor with interest in a FSBO deal with a fellow investor. Meeting him tomorrow to sign a purchase and sale contract and pay an earnest money deposit.
I want to draft a buyer addendum that is concise and expressly states a: - 14-day contingency period - open-ended inspection clause - earnest money refundable Any suggestions for the legalese of such an addendum? Thanks...Gladys |

Sometimes it is best just to write exactly what you want in a letter agreement. Or have a lawyer briefly do so. It may be hard to give precise contract language for actual contracts in a law forum like this.
