Default In a terrible jam

How can I protect the home that my family and I live in, I can no longer afford the payments on 3 other homes that I own. They are for sale however they are not moving.
I own 2 rental properties. (Owned for 1 year) 60 days late
Home I just moved out of. (Owned for 7 years) Current
Home that my family and I now live in. ( 3 months) Current

Thank you
Kathy

Have you tried to show the bankers you are selling and ask for an extension? They often will try to work out something.
