Apartment has defects

I had purchased a flat on the forthfloor on top of which is a gymnasium.The drainage pipelines of the gymnasium are passing from my celaing. Hence nearly more than half of the living hall is unhygenic to live. I wanted to contest as when I purchased the aparatment I wass promised to get a standard apartment like others. Now I am disadvantaged by the unhygenic drainage pipes.
