buying a property in liverpool

hello everybody!!!
i am trying to buy a property in uk
my offer has been accepted in august
the estate agency provided me of a solicitor paid by me
after several calls the estate agency removed the property from their web site
today, surfing on internet i saw it again
they wrote me an email saying that they can not remove the property off the internet without the vendors permission, anyone that calls regarding about the property they have to tell an offer has been accepted.
till now i keep calling but i don't have any news about this issue
i agreed to purchase it and now i see that property still on their web site and they keep saying that my solitor will receive all documents from the vendor
how can i protect my rights?
what can i do?

There may be surrounding properties my friend, but that does not mean that your property is a buildable lot. Go to the county and ask them. They will guide you through this process. That would be my main concern. Contact your attorney, for a few hundred bucks it will help secure your retirement plan. Sounds fun, best of luck!! Stilbaai Property
