Mustard seed
I have a home located in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have a mortgage that is $336,000.00. I would like to hold a raffle and sell tickets to raffle the home. The person who holds the winning raffle ticket wins the home free and clear. I would like to know if this is legal? The money that I will make from the raffle will pay off the house, pay off debt of $60,000.00 and remainder will go to the church.

You normally should check with and get the permission of the state gaming authorities before you can conduct such a raffle.
