Lost Land
I have family in China who have a pre-Communist land deed. Is there any way, with the new legislation put into place that they can lay claim to any type of compensation?

Not easily unfortunately but you can have counsel review and advise you.
If you don't have local counsel easily available use World Law's home page and they will connect you with Chinese counsel immediately online. |
