Question Selling a Home on Contract

When selling a home on contract does the Seller need to keep homeowner's insurance as well as the Buyer obtaining insurance?

It can be agreed as to who shall do so; but normally the one who still has the deed in his name arranges it; you can agree as to payment however you wish.
