Default sellers left property at home

I am purchasing a house in Ky by land contract, I signed the contract in July
2008. Its now Mar 2009 and they still have some of their yard tools and furniture here I was told when the contract was signed that they would get them, they moved sme things but left others, do I have the right to get rid of the items left? My contract says nothing at all about storing personal items. I need the items to be moved so I can use the barns and building for my animals and my yard items, there is not enough room for both mine and theirs. Any ideas??

You normally need to try to give 30 days notice in writing that you intend to dispose of the items; and then also inform the local police what you are doing as well. After that you should be okay.
