Default 50% of Equity assigned to each, can one "partner" force a sale?

In the divorce decree each former spouse was awarded 50% ownership of house. Only one is occupying the home. If one wishes to sell, but the other "partner" occupying the home does not, what recourse exists? State of Oregon... Trying to sell at this time, spouse wants to postpone into time frame that may prevent actual sale.
