EEK! fraud and Negligent misrepresentation

I sold some property with sewer on it and was advertised it had sewer. The buyer is now suing me for fraud and negligent misrepresentation becuases he wasn't able to use the sewer. The sewer wasn't sufficient enough for his use and there wasn't an easement either. There was also a realtor that handled the sale. Does this sound right?

Not really...did they have an inspection?

Unless your purposely hid something from them they will normally have the duty to take it as it was in reasonable condition.

I didn't try to hide anything. The buyer was to perform inspections, but not sure what happened.
