Caribbean property-Laws of Overseas Buying
My family is currently planning to invest in St Lucia; it’s my father’s third overseas investment. I read good things about St Lucia but I still doubt about the ROI there. One of his colleagues introduced him to CaribbeanVenture and he is negotiating with one of their agent right now. Is there someone here familiar with this site? How about the local laws and regulations when acquiring properties there?
