Angry cheated out of property

My father and aunt were co-owners in a piece of property that was once my grandparents. My father signed his interest over to me before his death. A few months later, my aunt and I decided to split the deed, so that each of us would have our own lot(s). I decided I no longer wanted the property and needed the money from it worse, so I contacted my aunt and offered to sell the property to her for $3000. She agreed and contacted her lawyer to draw up the deed. That was 3 weeks ago. Every time I have called her, she said that they did not have it done yet. I called her early this morning and later when we were out. She does not answer my calls. I drove by her house a few minutes after I had called her, and she was at home, just ignoring my call. My suspicion is that she has forged my signature on the deed she had drawn up. She had a copy of my signature from the other deed. She has a reputation for doing dirty deals, especially with family since they let her get by with it. I plan on going to the courthouse to see if the deed was transferred. What are my options from this point? Is there any way she can get by with taking my property without paying for it?
