Default real estate signatures

I am one of four members of a family LLC. We sold a farm at auction, at which three members were present. The auction got out of control, the auctioneer ignored our reserve and pressured us to sell. Long story short, the auctioneer says sold at a very low price. Only one of us signed the sales agreement. That person does not have a power of attorney to sign - just signed as a member of the LLC. Is this a binding document. The others want out! Help!!
