Question rights of survivorship

My son and I have decided to buy a home. At this time neither of us are married. If either does marry, we do not want our spouse to have any legal claim on this home. What do we do to protect each others interest?

Default Re: rights of survivorship

See an estate planning lawyer and prepare your wills. It is better than trying to rely on a deed only, ehich may be affected by your estate when you pass away.
