Confused Purchase as Living Trust - trust amended

We are about to purchase a property in Calif and want to hold it in the name of our Living Trust, which is dated Oct. 2006.

The trust was amended in Nov 7, 2006.

When naming the Trust, we say "XYZ Living Trust, Dated Oct. 16, 2006."

Is that correct, or do we need to cite the Amended date?

Thank you.

The correct way to title real property that is to be owned by a living trust is to title it in the name of the trustee(s), not the trust.

Here's an example of the correct format:

"John Doe, Trustee, the John Doe Living Trust, u/i, dated 08-24-2008, as amended"

Thank you.
Here's how I read your example:
the date is the original document date, not the amendment date.
And thank you for the link - it's been a few years since we did the trust, so this is very helpful as a refresher.
