married real estate purchase without wife
My husband is buying a house without my name on anything. I have to go sign paper work on mon morn..Ithink to state he is going solo on the loan. When escrow closes, I really don't know?? If I don't sign the paper work we he still get the house or will he lose it. We have two kids. Don't know what to do to protect us?? have something in writing from him or what???? Please help any suggestions...Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is just he signing? I guess maybe you are done now,
but if you have any concerns about your share of the property have a lawyer review and consider adding your name to the deed. |
