My husband is buying a house without my name on anything..I have to go sign paper work on mon morn..Ithink to state he is going solo on the loan.. when escrow closes,I really don't know??If I don't sign the paper work we he still get the house or will he lose it.. We have two kids >.Don't know what to do to protect us?? have something in writing from him or what????please help any suggestions...Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is just he signing? I guess maybe you are done now,
but if you have any concerns about your share of the property have a lawyer review and consider adding your name to the deed. |
