tax lien property
We purchased 4 properties from the county tax lien auction. It has been suggested that we have a quiet title done on the properties. We don't know about the quiet title and wonder if it is something very necessary. We are waiting for our names to be on the county assessor's computers before we actually step foot on the properties. Do you have some suggestions for us?

A local real estate lawyer can help you file if need be, get an order, and eliminate any potential disputes.
