Hi everyone, I have plans of retiring the next month. I have gathered up some income for the retirement period but I was keen on knowing the best ways of investing money during retirement. I know that are a lot of ways to invest as I have been watching on TV and hearing about them in the newspapers
.but are these all beneficial??? What are the best among the various ways for investing
..please throw some light on this.

Go to a reputable national brand name financial planner.
Anything else is foolish. No crazy Internet schemes or miracle products. |

Retiring with a good investment plan is a necessary step for making the rest of the life secure. You don’t need to take up multiple plans at a stretch as they will only block up your money. One of the best methods according to me is trust deeds. Smart investors pad up their financial security with trust deeds which is a secure investment by actual property – homes, buildings, or land. Hope this will help you in deciding your plan.

Hi….. I am also a retired person and I also had the same issues after my retirement, that time one of my companions told me about investing in real estate property which is really a beneficial investment. He told me about an investing firm which provides investment offers in real estate.

Investing in real estate is really beneficial as long as you are in the right place, at the right time because investing in property can be one of the most profitable and enjoyable forms of medium to long term investment. Careful planning and consulting to the right people is also a great help in looking for a good real estate investment.

You will find it difficult to find a US bank that is willing to give a loan to a foreigner, especially now.
Check in Canada if a bank is willing to give you the money to invest abroad - though that might not be too easy either. I usually buy my properties cash and then take out a home equity loan on them. The rates for a second mortgage are not as good, but much easier to obtain. Last edited by wld_team : Sep 23rd, 2008 at 01:08 PM. |
