Confused Cant Refi -- I have a lease option in Las Vegas, Nevada
I have a lease option in las vegas nevada for 333k. Tried to refi the appraisal came in at 281k. The house is not worth what is owed which is about 320k. Can I get out of my lease without being sued? My logic is that we tried to refi the house and its not worth what is owed. So what is the purpose of staying in the lease.
