EEK! Wow House buy with a girlfriend bad idea

So a year and a half ago my girlfriend i purcahsed a house together. As you may guess she is now my ex. We are both on tittle and deed and have no legal documentation of any kind. The house was purcahsed on her credit and my dollar. We split all bills 50/50. She moved out its getting uglier by the day and i want to move out. With the ever declining housing market, it will take years to tell with the possibility we could loose money. I am being threatened with legal action and i cannot stand the maddness no longer. My question could i move out of the house and never look back, meaning not pay any mortgage and have nothing to do with the selling of the house. Could she legally sue me or come after me in any legal way. I know it may seemed wrong to run but this has been a on going battle that i can no longer take the brunt of. I would be grateful to any legal advice or plain old advice. Thank you for your time.

If two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.) You could threaten to take this action if need be. It may cause compromise which is of course what you need here now.
