My neighbor just sold his property here in Florida to a friend just before he went to live in a nursing home if I purchase this property can the state take it from me because he is on medicade. he will have medical bills his property has a clear title but all this has happened within the last 2 months .
I dont want to buy this and have it taken away and lose all the money |

You should get a formal legal opinion from a title company and/or lawyer as there is a chance that title could become an issue, yes.

When buying a house you should get some professionals to look at the property to make sure its safe. You will see who these professionals are. You will also see how they can make sure a house is safe.
