A sold his vehicle to B. B sold this vehicle to C without getting this vehilcle officially transfered in his name.
Did B commit any crime u/s 200 or under any other section.

Note : B had all the Sale Documents signed by A in the name of B but did not submit these documents in the Registering Authority and as such the registration book of the vehicle did not have the name of B on the registration book but instead had the name of A on it.However B gave to C all the sale documents signed by A in the name of B and also sale documents signed by himself(B) to the name of C.
Now C claims in the court that B sold this vehicle to him whereas this did not belong to him and has filed in the court only the sale document signed by B and not those signed by A.
