Default Contract broke for warranty items

I had a contract on my home, after the inspector presented his report, seller backed out based on plumbing and electrical problems found. These items (approximately 90% of them) were turned into the builder either formally/orally as warranty items approx 6 - mo prior to engaging contract. The builder neglected to correct problems. Now I lost the sale of my house that I relocated from and don
