I had a contract on my home to close on Dec 1, 2006 and after the inspector presented his report, the seller backed out based on plumbing and electrical problems found. These items (approximately 90% of them) were turned into the builder either formally or orally as warranty items approximately 6 - months prior to engaging in the contract. The builder neglected to correct the problems. Now I lost the sale of my house that I relocated from and don

You may sue in small claims or other court for any damages you suffered and for the costs of getting the items finally done as you had arranged.
