i want to purchase property from a person whose spouse has passed away.
both names are on the deed. how do i go about making the deed out. the property value is not worth the expense of going through an abstract company. the property is free and clear with all taxes current and no liens |

Its better to contact a Lawyer and draft out a deed according to what he tell. I think as there is both name. It will be easy to draft it out. |
