Question on selling house via POA
My father (an American citizen) is currently in the Czech Republic working to start a business and needs to sell his home in Texas, USA as soon as possible. We've agreed that I'll take POA for the sale of his property but don't know if there's anything that we need to do special for the POA since he's out of the country. I know the document is as simple as filling it out, signing it and having it notarized, but will an attorney's signature in the Czech Republic work in this case? What should I do next to help? Again, time is definately of the essence....
