I need legal Help !!!!!

I have a case where and individual had work done to his personal property. He had it billed to his corp name. Which he has close. This work did not benefit the corp.
He was a small 4 person corp.

My question is, is he liable personally for this expenses?

Do I have a good case to collect in small claims against him personally?
