How to collect from individual in a corp that is out of business
What legal forms, reports, and actions does a corp. have to sumit and register to be in legal standings In Ga.?
If one of the officers of a corp. that is out of business have personal property worked on can you sue him or place a labor lean on that property where work was done even if you billed it to the corp? The corp was in business at the time I received a $800.00 judgment under the corp name, but now he says out of business and can not collect. |
