Angry collecting on old accounts

What are the chances of collecting monies for accounts anywhere from 6 months to 2 years old for a small business? Is there a list of sample letters to use? HELP!

See the legal forms on our main site. Odds are good normally for relatively recent accounts like that. You could also have a collection agency do it for you.
